The term “Manipura” is derived from Sanskrit, where *Mani* means “jewel” and *Pura* means “city,” often translated as the “city of jewels.” It is located in the region of the navel or solar plexus and is associated with personal power, confidence, willpower, and transformation. Symbolically, the Manipura Chakra is represented by a bright yellow lotus with ten petals.
